We had a few miscommunications intially however had booked their service that did not arrive for hours and by the time they had arrived we were already ready to go on Stockton Beach. They offered to drive us back to Anna Bay since we were paying so much but did not offer compensation for the miscommunication on the phone and delay in response. We paid over a thousand dollars that night for the towing service that did not turn up on time and the friendly guys who helped us and lost a few recovery boards.
