I have purchased a Hammer A3/41 and a Felder FB510 Bandsaw. Both machines were negotiated at a good price. I have found pre-sales, Felder delivery service and after sales to be excellent. These machines are of high quality and recommended!

you could go elsewhere but if your serious about woodworking and willing to compromise some time to buy a good quality made wood working machine that would go a lifetime, start with Felder the dedicated staff will show and help you find what's best suited for your application. Plan your purchase to avoid disappointment.
Absolutely AWFUL group to try dealing with. Can't complain about customer service, there simply is none - in fact, I would be surprised if they have any customers. IF you DO ever get to speak to anyone or, IF anyone ever returns a call, it will be brief, curt and informative. Not sure what business these guys are in, but if you want to buy woodworking equipment, you had best go somewhere else, these guys are too busy to sell you machines. Two weeks and millions of calls, emails later we're going back to Carbatec. What a crock!
