where can I even start for this legend of the dealership. I have bought cars through several dealerships in my life & this one I rate as top. From the get go sales gentleman Matt has been genuine, honest & friendly. After my web response, Matt called me within 20 min, even after 5pm. We exchanged few messages through the next morning - usual Q&A and price negotiation. By the time 3:30pm, I am signing the paperworks & paying deposit. That’s how quick & accomodating he is. You can just feel that he wants to do the deal with you with good intentions. And special mention to Simon for getting the finance approved on the spot. I told him from get go that I never wanted to spend beyond my means. Simon is Very experienced & professional gentleman who work around to suit your financial situation. Finally, Matt the legend, made sure my TOYOTA Corolla has completed full log book service before hand over the key 2 days later! Thank you guys. Even though I live in South East, I will make sure myself or my friends/ families go and check what you guys have first for the next car. Stay safe fella.
Mantello Kia Fawkner is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced when it comes to a car dealership. From the time you walk in the receptionist is great and the staff available to help with a smile. The service department is run perfect and my vehicle has been there a few times for service and parts and they are amazing at contacting you, keeping you up to date with the progress. Singh and Maria in the service department are outstanding. A huge credit to all of you and well done Mantello Kia, and looking forward to my next purchase the Kia Stinger.

Came here for a 2 year Kia service. Had no problems at all. The key to key experience was a good one. One for the customer satisfaction suggestion box: Add Kia brand logos on all invoices, receipts and on the service manual rubber stamps. Seeing those logos in the vehicle documentation keeps the service history at a glance in A1 condition and keeps the cars residual value higher
