I've seen better car parks at construction sites. Carpark was gravel, very tight and very dusty. No signs indicating entrance. Walked around the whole mosque to figure out how to get in. Ablution area is large and accommodating however it has a sign limiting you to x2 paper towels to dry up which i found impossible to do. Should be better maintained and clear signs should indicate entrance to mosque.
On time prayers. Enough preparation time. Good parking facilities
Fawkner masjid is well regarded by everyone except the deviants and ignorants. They have english speech before jumah and arabic khutbah. This explains why there are negative reviews. People think jumah is just a speech and it should be in local language. Just like adhan is not just "call to prayer" this needs to be in arabic as there is no fardh that can be done in other language or mix of languages. Back home we dont speak arabic and we have a masjid (kodungallur masjid) established by malik deenar r.a, till date its having arabic khutbah.
