We are having our whole fireplace and flue replaced next week, however Noel, the owner, has been very helpful with the process of selection . Very friendly and knowledgeable man. Will keep you posted as to how the installment goes in our 2 storey house. Should take 2 days to do. He is extremely busy though, and you need to be prepared to wait a month potentially for installment in winter.

I was having trouble getting our new fireplace to burn correctly even after reading the manual and following all the instructions. Noel came by and showed me the correct process and tricks to get the most out of our wood fire. Noel even helped me get a load of wood up from the wood pile. He was very helpful, friendly and just wanted to ensure we were happy with our new fire and getting the most out of it. I am now having no trouble lighting the fire and the house is toasty warm.
