I had my backers oven recently installed by Joel from fire 4U. I am absolutely delighted with the result, Choosing a fire place was very important to me as I regard it as the soul of the house. Thanks to the great advice from Fire4U I got exactly what I envisioned and hoped for. There was no sales pitch, I was given all the info needed and told to sleep on it. Once slept on it,I knew exactly what I wanted. My heater/oven was installed very quickly. I am so happy to know, I am able to have my oven serviced and looked after by the same person who gave me great advice first time around, Thanks Joel

Have contacted this company with requested photos and details but have been ignored by them completely.Extremely rude and unprofessional.Locals told us to do business in Penrith as they are eager for business and happy to travel up to to the mountains for a competitive price and we are happy we did.

When looking for a replacement slow combustion fire, we did our homework in the Sydney, Hawkesbury and Blue Mountains region and were pleased to find a competitive local business. We told Noel what we needed and he took time to give the advice we needed. We appreciated his expertise and workmanship. We're also glad that Noel did the installation as we were impressed with the care and extra effort taken to do it so well.

Outstanding! We purchased a fireplace for self-installation and we couldn’t be happier with the friendly, professional service we received from Fire4U. Noel really went above and beyond, explaining in detail how to install our new fireplace and offering his support if we ran into trouble. He personally made sure that every component fit together perfectly and that we were supplied with everything we needed. Highly recommended!
