I ordered a lamp from these guys, and they were up-front about not having it in stock due to a fire that has affected their business. When I said their anticipated delivery time didn't suit me, they were quick, friendly and efficient in refunding my payment. I will shop here again when they get fully back on their feet.

Outdoor lights that are not built to for the outdoors. We purchased the Strandhill 'Outdoor Lights' After a few months we started to see them tarnish and now less then a year later they are all rusted, that includes the light that is under the front porch. We reported this to Fatshack and like other reviewers were basically told that you get what you pay for. These lights have a weather rating for electricals but not for the light itself. Seems they expect people to buy outdoor lights for indoor use only. So if you want a real outdoor light steer clear of the products they are selling as Outdoor Lights and go to a more reputable supplier.

I think this place is a sham. I bought a light and they sent me the wrong one. That was over a month ago. I have contacted them 5 times. They say they don’t take phone calls, only email. They say they had a fire. All sounds like a clearing of inventory to me. Terrible customer service. Don’t buy here.

The light I purchased is"ok" quality and in line with the price I paid I guess (not worth the trouble of sending it back but it will end up on Gumtree) This store comes up on a google search for Australian made lighting but it's really just more cheap fittings from China with very good marketing pictures. The light I bought turned out to be Mercator brand lighting which I probably could have gotten cheaper elsewhere (or honestly would not have purchased if I'd known what brand it was)

Very disappointing. We purchased a modern black 'Outdoor Light' that rusted after 3 months. Was told that there's nothing that can be done. I tried to post a review on the website under this item (pier outdoor light) to let other customers know it is not suitable for 'outdoor exposed use', only 'outdoor under cover' however the review was never released which leads me to think this company hides bad reviews and is not transparent with customers. Won't purchase again.

Customer service is excellent. Provided advice when needed, checked to confirm to clarify my order. When I had issues with delivery, not from Fat Shack, the company followed this up to ensure I received it and communicated throughout. Orders processed and arrived quickly. Would use them again and recommend.

No Stars. This business has taken my money 5 months ago and never sent the order. To add to that, they don't answer the phone and haven't responded to emails. Not good.
