Paid top dollar for 40 quality brochures that I could have put together on the office copier. Awful colour. Poor paper quality. not trimmed and white edges were different thicknesses. I've asked for a refund and definitely advise don't pay until you've got the job.

i would just like to thank you for your appalling service. It has been an absolute please to wait 7 weeks for my business cards only to find out that your staff have no idea about them. As you would expect i asked for a refund to what i was told could not be done by a staff member as they lack the training and/or are too untrustworthy to know the eftpos password. your staff member asked me to write my details on the receipt and leave it with him and he would have the owner call me to do the reimbursement, this was a week ago. So not only do i not have the cards i paid for i also now do not have a receipt to be able to be reimbursed.
