I decided to go here after hearing nothing but good stories. Jeff and the team looked after me and were completely transparent the whole time my car was in the shop. It went in running like garbage, and came out running just as good as it did off the showroom floor, all for a more than reasonable price. They will have my business for years to come!

in my original visit a few years ago were very helpful and done a good job.But today when i rang found the guy that answered phone was very rude and not at all helpful .when i Queried his time for greasing 5 grease nipples he said do it yourself an slammed the phone down may be they have changed owners certainly wont be getting any more business from me and will let it be know around the traps

I take all my & my family's vehicles there now, JK Jeep Wrangler, Toyota Troop carrier, VW R36 Passat, VW Passat Sedan and VW Multivan. Great guys, old school values and always ready to answer my questions on anything. Looked at some of the negative reviews below and can't understand the statements. Makes me think that if the business reviewed the customer as well, then maybe we would get a clearer picture. I have gone to a few dodgy mechanics and a few good ones but were just way overpriced, Jeff and his crew are not either of these negatives. They have never overcharged me and they have always explained every cost. I used to work in Parts departments for dealers and I often research the cost of parts after a quote. If you are getting quoted 800 against 2600 for a diff rebuild, you better find out more about the 800 job, reckon they are not using new parts! If I was going to rebuild a diff, I would be going new, reputable parts.

I bought a new car recently and decided to ring these guys to enquire about maintenance for my differential as my vehicle just had a full faulty diff replaced. Unfortunately, what turned out to be a price enquiry turned out to be a massive swearing and slamming the phone on me. Not really sure what sets these guys off, but these is not an appropriate phone behavior. If you don't have any intentions of having any service or repair done on your vehicle, don't ring these guys for any enquiry unless you want to be abused and hung up on. Previously the guy also quoted me 2650 for a diff rebuild of my fg falcon, even though later a friend pointed me to some guys in Sydney that do the same job for 800 bucks. Not sure what business I'm dealing with.

I was told to come here by a friend due to another car place telling me I had plenty of issues with the newish car I had brought. Jeff took it in and had a look and gave me a call later on in the day and informed me that there had only been one thing wrong with the car and he gave me a great price when it came to what it needed to be done. He is very upfront and honest and most of all there isn't any mucking around when it comes to what is wrong or what needs to be fixed. After my first experience 5 years ago I haven't been anywhere else. Long story short. Friendly staff no lies or bull. Plenty of honesty and at the end of the day the car comes out better than ever. Couldn't recommend them enough.

The type of mechanic that looks for more work than is needed and quotes like his hands are made of gold , be your own judge 2600 for a lsd rebuild or 1300 through the ACT DIFF DOCTOR , IM HONESTLY WONDERING WHERE THE 1300 HAS COME FROM....
