Purchased 3 bookcases, built two with ease. Built the third and it collapsed by itself once it was stood vertically. The chipboard of the bookcase gave way where the screws were held. Took 5 months to get them to replace the bookcase, after needing to be followed up multiple times. Built the new one and the same issue occurred. Do not recommend. Everyone we spoke to were nice, though the wait and quality of items are not valid. I don't do bad reviews, though this wouldnt even be a 1 start experience.

The quality of the furniture for the price isn't all that great and the turn around time for furniture is long because there's not a lot in stock. So if you plan to furnish a new house you need to plan and order at least 4 weeks ahead of time. I ordered a computer chair from here and I've been waiting 2 months only to come to find out it's not in yet because it's been discontinued I was told. They did however swap me over to a little bit better of a chair and price matched it yet unfortunately I am still waiting for that chair also. When my furniture arrived, the king bed mattress's plastic was ripped open in numerous places and someone left a big dirty hand print where the opening was. So before I put the mattress protector on top of it I actually had to scrub my brand new bed. :/ Also when it was delivered they were a bed slat short. They also expected me to drive down and pick up the bed slat, (Mind you I live roughly 45 minutes away and probably would have paid less in fuel just driving to Bunnings and getting them to cut me a similar piece of wood). This was their stuff up and they could have dropped it off to me on one of their runs up this way. Anyhow this is how the furniture looks *posted pics* It looks nice in colour, cute, and looks decent in photos, but not very nice quality from the builders. Very poorly built. Screws have made splits in the wood where they have messed up, and there are also chips. I'm actually afraid to move it when we do end up moving house, because it easily chips and scratches. I've bought better furniture. I will probably shop somewhere else next time around. But if you don't plan on moving the furniture in the next few years or putting it on a truck and hauling it, by all means go here.

Exemplary customer service! 10/10 Visited today and explained that my Vogue Queen bed was just out of warranty, however was looking to purchase some replacement slats. The gentleman that served me (didn't catch his name) went out the back and returned with replacements at no charge! He provided genuine service and knew the product well, outstanding!

Fantastic are super duper! Great prices, big range and the lads out the back are always helpful loading the gear. Just a well rounded experience, i mean it was pleasant enough to leave a favourable review. Only catch is i now have to put everything together. The misses and kids will try to help, and i will let them, but secretly they hinder me immensely, it would take hours less if they just let me have a red hot crack. P.s Like dont tell them i said anything i might get in trouble, they are readheads.......i mean so am i but they more fiery than me.

While I think fantastic furniture as a brand is an excellent option for anyone looking for decent furniture at a good price, I would STRONGLY advise going to any other store nearby. I ordered a couch set from them, they had a maximum delivery time of 3 weeks, it has been 6 weeks now and it's only just arrived. While I know this isn't the stores fault, the store made it that much worse by first telling me it was there, so I hired a truck to get it home, turns out it wasn't all there, but they promised to have it delivered for free the following week. I then called every week for the next 3 weeks asking where it where it was and was continuously promised "later this week" or "Monday morning next week". This all resulted me in asking to speak to a manger, if you have ever been able to contact this fugazi of a person I salute you, because I've been transferred multiple times to different people none of which were the manager, promised call backs from the manager and never received them, have not even received an email from the store keeping me up to date. I have bought plenty of furniture off the company, this store is the only one I have had issues with. Don't waste your time, would give 0 stars if I could.

Ordered a lounge told it would arrive within 6 to 8 weeks still waiting. It's now been 10 weeks no calls from them to notify us of delay. When we call we get the same story they are waiting for their store to deliver. They say they call the store but no answer. This has happened 4 times. I even called head office same story they can't give me an answer on where our lounge is. I will not Shop here ever again I will advise people to do the same NOT HAPPY at all
