Brought a new lounge before Xmas it ripped on the foot rest , im trying to get it replaced under warranty. Everytime i ring chasing it up i find a couple of the staff rude and not very helpful their always going to ring me back but no im always chasing them. It will be the last thing i ever buy from Fantastic Furniture Warrawong I sent you a email today Tues 2nd march

A strange type of customer service that I have not seen in this shop before. When I asked to replace the damaged box, they told me, "This is it, do you want this, yes or no?"
