I spent ages looking online for a small fountain/water feature for a small porch area. I saw so many cheap, tacky options. So I was amazed when I found fandango fountains - both the price and quality were great. It was delivered really quickly and I had it set up in less than 10 minutes. I’ve had it for 2 years now, it’s looks like new, requires minimal cleaning, and it gets so many compliments. One day I’ll be going back for a bigger one.

The worst attitude I've experienced in my life. People act and response in a very demeaning way like they are doing a massive favour just to answer the phone. Unbeleivablley non professional and rude. If you are looking to buy an item that you see in their website, I will highly encourage you to go and buy it from somewhere else even if you pay extra 20. If you want to try, just call them and see their attitude. Loosers

I fell in love with the beautiful decorated bird planters. I hadn’t seen anything quite like them before. They don’t come with a drain hole but are absolutely stunning to use indoors as a statement piece. I found Fandango customer service/after sales were excellent. A very good experience. Would highly recommend.

As someone who works with small businesses, the last thing I want to do is leave as bad review. But after a numerous interactions with this business over a gift given to me for my birthday, I do so. My sister gave me a fountain for my 50th. From the get go, the pump made a terrible sound. It took almost a week to get a response, despite following up - I eventually got a replacement. Then five months later, I picked it up to dust and the base fell apart in my hands. I sent photos reporting what had happened. Six days later still no response and when I followed up, the customer service person suggested I broke it by dropping it, despite me outlining what happened. There is nothing worse than being accused of not telling the truth or being believed by a business - it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Sadly, I now have to throw it out - a lovely gift gone to waste.

such a poor and rude customer service. The guy is very rude. Visited the store couple of weeks ago, the owner behaved very rudely with me. Such a poor and bad customer service, won’t recommend anybody to visit the store.
