Run like an Eastern European train station under communism. Nothing works ! Its all about keeping the lawyers in a job and taking ages to do the most simple of tasks.

Vast corruption and fraud. Lawyers using the vast powers to string out disputes, appoint dodgy mates as childrens lawyers. Queues then take forever. Lawyers who do family law are the dregs of lawyers. No bailout for this mess !!!!!!!!

The Family Court of Australia lost my financial statement of the Wife, then the solicitor acting for the husband made a statement saying she did not receive one; when we have her signature she did. The exchange of evidence was flawed, and serious flawed decisions flowed from that. The Court was negligent, and I was immediately disadvantaged from their negligence and the husbands solicitor having misled the court. I became man and wife because the court is so fundamentally flawed in its decision making and I would not even rate it a 1 out of 5, because there was not a fair and honest (just), process. The Court ceremony and the words that were spoken were not something you have in a marriage even so I had the presence of the same Witnesses's, for integrity. I have not received one thing that I was ordered to receive yet the work the Judge carried out, and the order he made said I would receive a "matrimonial settlement", after the Court "lost", the Wife's Financial Statement filed 3/6/2004. As the customer, and Wife, there is some suggestion I am entitled to Costs, and return of my home and job, not to mention my four children who "all suffered enormous stress", as a result of "the substandard work and flawed decision making" process, at the Family Court. I am a Mother (and Grandmother), with children and therefore require the home premises, and workplace to be protected. No court should expect a Wife to obey an order that's fundamentally flawed in law, and imprecise. I am seeking an apology, and costs for repairs under the Family Court jurisdiction.

Family court does not care about the children. I had one magistrate in Partamatta says to me “I don’t care what your children want”. You will not be heard if you don’t play the game and pay for legal representation. The whole process is dragged out to take as much money as possible from you. Forget about getting a good review from court appointed children’s solicitors. The whole system is corrupt!
