Outlet was good, didn't take long to order and get food. Overall was a good experience. The food tasted average for a fast food place but not bad.

KFC is absolutely disgusting, I can't believe I keep going back to this place after being continually disappointed. It was cold crumbs weren't stuck to the chicken like they should be they forgot the popcorn chicken didn't get any sauce my 9 and 7 year olds said that they would rather oven pizza.
The staff are so friendly. Doesn't matter who, the person is always smiling when taking my order. They are very helpful when I'm not sure what to get, or not sure how the specials work. The food is great and tastes amazing. Even when they are super busy, the service is quick and efficient like fast food should be.
Years ago I rated this store 5 stars and would travel from Secret Harbour to get it but over the past few years it's gone downhill. 3 out of 4 orders are wrong or cold or the food has been sitting in the warmers far to long. Time this store had a serious audit and management change. Lakelands is the store to visit now days.
Apparently fragments of batter is what passes for popcorn chicken.
Horrid! Not only did they get the order wrong, it was completely tasteless. Ended up throwing it all out. The thing that got me was there was no one else waiting for food & they still couldn't get the order right!!
Slow as a snail waited 10min for a simple order restaurant was dead. Staff no motivation they should be embarrassed to call them selves a fast food restaurant
