Technicians were lovely - Accounts/reception should not be allowed on the phones. I found the receptionist to be incredibly vulgar.

I’d give 0/5 stars if possible. Extremely unprofessional, rude and didn’t even fix the issue. Paid for the service and it was never fixed. Never again!!!!

Regional were allocated as preferred repairer by Bosch for a warranty repair to our oven after the initial repairer failed us dismally. Aaron who attended from Regional was on time, polite and had the job done in 15mins. I'd highly recommend them and hope that Bosch choose to send their work their way in future.

Joke! Charged us 121 to come out and tell us our washer seal was broken - which we knew. Did not disclose fees. Will not be using this service again. Ask all questions prior to team coming out.

The customer service for this business is dismal . I waited 10 days for the technician to visit to fix my Asko dishwasher. The problem requires a new door switch. I rang three days after this visit to see if the art had been ordered- only to be told that it hadn't because the paperwork within the business takes at least three days before they can contact Asko - who then can take 24 hours to get back to them. I asked if I could have the required part number so I could organise the part through another more efficient company and was told I could not - that was their information- even though I had payed 130 for the diagnose. I was told I just have to understand that they have 90 jobs a day and they therefore cant service me . Obviously this business is enjoying such huge success that the customer is a long last on their list...
