I went to Paperlock because I experienced less than satisfactory service at other framing places in the past. I was so happy with service given by Natalie and her husband! Natalie took so much time with me as we discussed various options with the frames and matting and then she checked everything with her husband, who then made further suggestions... (sorry I can't remember his name!) I was thrilled when I picked up the prints today ... they are better than I could have imagined!

Went to the shop on the Monday and needed 2 jobs done for the Friday. There was no issue at all as Lou and Natalie did the most awesome jobs that were so well received on our presentation night. There work is exceptional and they are such nice people to deal with.
