Very unprofessional receptionist (Suki) to run the front. Do not recommend to come here, there is no aesthetic doctor on site (very alarming). No EFTPOS machine and everyone pays in cash which is super dodgy. Bad clinic!

I love this doctor. He continues to practice as a bulk billing clinic because he believes everyone should have access. You sometimes have to wait, because things happen...But mostly, it'sa very reasonable or on time. If you want to complain, go and pay at a private practice and wait there too.

Very very bad service!!! I went to this place couple weeks ago with 9:am appointment, didn’t get to see the doctor until 9:50am, when I ask the staff what happened, a very rude Chinese doctor told me that the computer is down and I can choose to either wait longer or come back at different time! After waiting for another 10mins, that Chinese doctor called me to his room, I complained to him that my appointment time was 9am and I still got job to do. He didn’t apologise, instead, he kept telling me that I can still choose to stay or just leave, I was very angry at that time as I was already in his room and he still offer me to leave and “come back at a more convenient time” so I didn’t go ahead with him and left with very unhappy experience.
Fantastic experience. Clean, professional & friendly staff. Very happy with service thank you.
