I brought my hard drive in to see if it could be saved. They said they would send it to associates in America to see if they had the right parts. MONTHS went by and I did not hear from them, nor would they respond to my many calls and emails. It wasn't until I got a lawyer involved that they responded, saying I could come pick up the drive. The drive I picked up was in bits. They said their associates didn't have the parts. There was no way of identifying if this was my actual drive. Until a few weeks ago, when I found the original hard drive box with the original product number - they had given me back a different drive. I'm assuming my drive was lost or thrown out and they couldn't own up to it. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Thanks Vikram for fixing my problem this am with installing ad blocker.You spent several minutes and even advising me on another issue and wouldn't charge me. All I can say is the guys here are genuinely helpful and not all about money,money,money. So refreshing in this day and age. I'm so glad I live around the corner from your office.

Lovely people, great service! I went in there with my laptop which had been playing up and when we started it up it was working fine. The gentleman proceeded to help me for about 20 minutes with a bunch of other questions I had and showed me how to use an old hard drive I didn't know what to do with and even helped me to download a program to clear space from my computer. He was super friendly and very patient with all my naive questions. They didn't charge me and said goodbye all smiles.
