I have had the pleasure of dealing with Michael and his team when I needed to repair my television. Michael contacted me to advise me that the part had arrived and worked around my schedule to attend at an agreed time. Michael was punctual in his attendance, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Once the TV was repaired Michael tested the unit infront of me and offered me some valuable advice. Really helpful and friendly people here. Called back when promised and repaired the TV exactly as per quote. One of the best services I've received from any shop in Sydney :) beautiful work. Michael and David did a great job. My TV was faulty, and after trying, they got me replaced with a brand new TV from TCL. They didn't take much time either. They did the work really professionally and were friendly.
