After 6 months my remote micro switch would not activate. I wrongly contacted the company, who told me to go back to my installer, which I felt was annoying, but he quickly organized a replacement. The gate motor works well and is silent.
It is great to find a company that stands by its name and products. I recommend their automated gate products that bring with them the high integrity of the FAAC company.
