Super professional and friendly service. Julia was amazing our dog scratched my eye which was very annoying to say the least .Julia saw me straight away and put my mind at ease. Fortunately it wasn’t serious and healed quickly thanks to great advice and treatment. The whole team is always very helpful and deserve every accolade. Well done and thanks again!

Absolutely amazing service. I broke an arm of my glasses and Gaby was so obliging. The service is great and he fixed the glasses on the spot, even though I didn't purchase them there. I am definitely going to get all my glasses from here in the future. Highly recommended.
very thorough optometrist check, but with me they said they would bulk bill and then charged an extra fee saying they can't survive otherwise and that is why if you go there for a check for the first time they will charge you out of pocket. Should have said that when we enquired on phone before coming in.
Outstanding. Fantastic advice. Warm and caring. Knowledgeable. Have never come across such service. Find looking for frames so difficult and have been to other spec stores without luck. I cannot fault anything. Gaby and Chris were wonderful. Reminds me of service in the “old days”. Liza the optometrist was also brilliant. Thanks guys.

Gaby is incredibly helpful, goes above and beyond and always remembers my kids and I even if we haven’t come in for months. I have recently purchased new set of specs from this store, they have done wonders for my vision! The staff are all friendly and clearly have a very high level of expertise. They have a wide range of choices; the whole experience was very pleasant and rewarding.
