Peter has looked after my eyes for well over 20 years. He is always very thorough with his eye tests and advice. Service is sensational. My last batch of contact lenses was ordered on a Tuesday and delivered to my work on the following Thursday.

I recently went for an eye check in order to purchase new prescription glasses. Bernice assisted me with the test and choosing of glasses (the style of frame). She was very thorough, experienced, polite, and really took the time to ensure my needs were being met. She actually chose the pair of glasses I bought - she has great taste! Heidi is also lovely! She was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me when I had issues with my HCF membership. Highly recommend. I will most definitely be back in the new year!

Eyecare plus Maroubra Junction I made a call before making the appointment with the optometrist to find out if Medicare would cover the consultation (bulk billed) and he said YES, then I made de appointment because I am a pensioner and do not have private insurance. I went to the appointment, when the consultation was over, the receptionist told me that I owed 25 , I asked her why, she told me that the optometrist had taken a photo of my eye; nobody asked me if I wanted a photo or advised I had to pay for one, but I was still charge 25, so I said then give me the photo, she replied that the photo stayed on the record file. "THIS IS FRAUD". I don't recommend the Eyecare Plus Maroubra Junction, Shop 12 Pacific Square to any one. I have gone to others opticians and they have never charged me anything extra bulk billed.

I was in Sydney when my glasses were damaged - one of the arms became disconnected. They ordered the special parts in for me and fixed them for a tiny charge. I suspect just the cost of the parts. Thanks guys.

I had an eye test here and told the optician upfront I wasnt buying specs there. The test was the quickest Ive even experienced and the man was abrupt and most unpleasant!! NEVER AGAIN !!
