Made an appointment for eye test. As there were a few fees involved ask for a schedule of fees to be emailed. Told no problem. Three days latter no email. Rang them, told me they were very busy and they don't advise fees via email. Cancelled appointment.

Empathy, care and understanding is your business and when people pay hundreds of dollars for adequate care, then that is what they ought to receive. Since being a patient here, there are times I have felt upset walking away from appointments and that my symptoms were unvalidated despite having an unpredictable condition that could threaten my eyesight. After being patronised today, I would rather go elsewhere.
