Outstanding service everytime
This is an excellent service. My Canon G12 was put in due to a particular problem it had. The problem was identified quickly and fixed within a few days. Highly recommended.
Drove half an hour to drop the camera off on Monday after checking by email I would have it back for Saturday, as well as confirming with another person who took my camera. Went to pick it up this morning and it hadn't been fixed and wouldn't be done today - no call to say there was a delay, a big waste of my time.
Best service out there!! Will definitly be coming back here for future dilemmas :)
My mate took his camera here as black spots appeared on the screen , the bloke that served him was rude and condescending , charged him 80 to blow it with air - made no difference , he brought this fact to their attention and he was give 40 back and the excuse that he was to fussy - bottom line - no service , no idea what they are doing and no 40 for my mate : ( As they say once bitten !!
