My family and I had the best time! We only intended to do The Red Manor but we loved it so much we did Forensic as well! Both rooms are just the right amount of tricky and exciting. We were lucky enough to have the amazing Kyle guide us through the whole process; he was super helpful and was the reason we got out with minutes to spare! Thank you to the whole team, we'll definitely be back :)

I've done all of their rooms now and each one is great! Each room is designed very well and not only looks like the theme for each but was challenging and a lot of fun to complete too. The price is good too especially if you go in a big group, and the staff were all really friendly and made it a fun experience!

Visited a few months ago to do the garden room, managed to escape and had so much fun we had to try out the second room forensic! The third room was under construction so we came back today to try it out. The red manor room was incredibly fun and tricky, just escaped! Would highly recommend to anyone who likes a fun little challenge! Damien was amazing for looking after us!

Went here with 3 friends and did the escape from the butcher room. Had fun until the second part of the room where they had forgotten to lock the final exit so we could just walk out and finish . We were really confused so we walked in again since we didn't finish any of the puzzles but kinda sucked because all the suspense was gone...

We were made to wait 30 minutes after our booking, which is standard procedure, however it would’ve been nice to be informed beforehand. We did the forensics room (apparently the hardest of any of the Exitus escape rooms nationwide with only around a 5% success rate) in a group of 6 teenagers. We managed to finish after around 40 minutes. This was my first escape room and was a good first experience, however it was a little less fun than I was expecting it to be. I would recommend not going on a Friday or Saturday if you can avoid it as I really don’t believe it’s worth 150.

I was disappointed with my experience at Exitus. I have been to a few escape rooms around Brisbane, and this was my least favourite venue. I tried the Butcher's Burrow and The Garden. We found the rooms way too small for the six of us. The puzzles weren't very interesting or engaging. Also, the set up could have been greatly improved upon. I found it overall underwhelming compared to the other escape rooms around Brisbane. Definitely not worth 150. We found the staff cold and unfriendly. Will not be returning!

I'll preface this by saying I've done Escape rooms in 3 different countries at around 10 different venues so have seen my fair share. We played the Butcher Room. It was ok, but I'd definitely seen better. Pros: - Unique Intro - The only one that actually scared me (a little). - Decor - Great clue system Cons: - Smallest room I've been to - Puzzles were easy to solve once you found the clues, finding the clues were the hard part. - Doesn't last very long. - Puzzles were quite linear (you must complete one before the next one), this leaves others with nothing to do or if someone is stuck on a puzzle they pretty much pass it on and wait until someone else in the group solves it. There was little to no other side task. Would I recommend this Escape Room: No, unless it was on special. There are better options within Brisbane if you google around.

We were a little unsure about going here due to the low Google ratings but we found our experience to be wonderful. We did the Red Manor room and it was a fun challenge. We didn't succeed but we had a good time. The stand out was the man behind the bar. We had a plane to catch and asked about the 30 minute wait other reviewers have mentioned. He explained that it is an odd setting on their online booking system and they have spoken to IT to try and fix it. Because we were unable to wait the 30 minutes due to needing to catch plane, he changed our booking to earlier and we were able to complete the room and get to the airport with plenty of time to spare. He also happily took our cases and kept them safe behind the reception desk. I will gladly return here to do other escape rooms.
