With over 50 years of dirt and road experience I’m one of those customers that knows what he wants. So when I went to Excite I had my mind made up based on research and experience and wasn’t about to be “sold” something by the sales bloke. Met with Shane and very clearly articulated “What I wanted” which he supported, but he also asked some very good questions and then made a suggestion that I immediately rejected because “I knew better” A month later I have just taken delivery of what he suggested and could not be happier. Shane and the team there are riders, not sales people. He sold me a bike that was a lower base price but perfectly suited my needs. Nothing about his process was about making a sale and his goal was to make sure I bought the right bike which is a very rare thing to find these days. Over the moon with the result and could not recommend Shane and the team highly enough. Glad I listened to great advice and took my blinkers off!!!!!

Recently purchased a large amount of genuine parts through them. Parts were cheaper then competitors. Communication could be a little better. I ended up calling a few times to get eta's on parts,but overall a good experience
