I don't usually leave reviews but this company wasted a month of my time. Originally provided me with price estimates which were fair and reasonable. Once I asked for a final quote they stopped replying to my emails. I followed up with them for over 3 weeks via call and email. I was told they were getting to my quote and then nothing?? If you don't want to do the job you should inform that person instead of wasting their time. Finally, when they provided me with a quote it was 3 X what they had originally told me (obviously to try and get rid of me). Seriously the worst customer service I've ever encountered!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Other laser cutting businesses have given me quotes in 24 hours. I would look elsewhere if you need a job done efficiently.

Got some laser cutting done at excel laser cutting and i highly recommend them very creative with there work i recommend them 100%
Went in at 2 pm on Friday as I urgently needed some steel cut. The man at the counter advised that all staff have gone home and I should go across the road
