This business would probably be more honestly named "Everything (on) Two Wheels Except Kawasaki ZZRs" or "Everything (on) Two Wheels if You Have a Reason We Shouldn't Ignore You." I tried through multiple means on three separate occasions across a year to arrange a service for my bike, persisting only because of good word of mouth. The phone was never answered, and every single one of my emails, contact form submissions (no longer offered) and voicemail messages was ignored without response. I even tried to arrange a service in person one day during the trading hours published on the website, but the shop was locked up with a sign saying "back at 2pm" and hadn't re-opened when I returned almost two hours later at 2.30. Should a customer have to work so hard for a business to want to take their money, especially when there's plenty of business competition around? And should a business that is incapable of responding to all potential customers once in a whole year—or of advertising accurate trading hours—be trusted with much more complex, safety-critical tasks like motorbike maintenance?

Took my bike (ZZR250) here circa 2011. Very friendly, explains everything in a way which is easily understood. Most importantly, is honest.
Took my bike here because of a balance problem. Friendly enough, but unfortunately had no idea how to fix it. At least he was honest about it.
