Ok when you are buying but no response when the product or service fails. There is no phone number to call an they don't reply to emails. I would avoid them completely. We had a product under warranty and they would not respond to us. I think they may be a back yard operator selling cheap (unreliable) imported products. Don't cut corners on your bathroom it comes back to bite you.
