We feel so lucky to have your staff manage and arrange everything at difficult time. Using your partnership with a home service veterinarian was wonderful. So respectful, caring and understanding, walking us through the process and keeping us involved. While price was not an issue for us the service was well cheaper than the local veterinarian. Our little one's final resting place is exactly what was expected. We cannot recommend this service highly enough. Thank you so much.

We can’t thank Evermore enough. They were so accommodating, understanding and very compassionate. They took a good care of our puppy and treated him with so much love. Very patient and understanding staff give you all the time you need to say your goodbyes and make your final decisions. Home burial wasn't an option for me so I was anxious about my options, but from the first phone call they took care of everything. The love they have for animals they've never met is very reassuring in a difficult time.

My beautiful dog Bailey was diagnosed with lymphoma last year, and despite a round of chemo, she relapsed. We wanted her last moments to be at home where it was familiar, were she was surrounded by her family. Naturally, trying to get on the phone to enquire about these things is incredibly difficult. A colleague of mine referred Evermore following her recent experience, so I enquired via email. I literally didn't have to look anywhere else, because Ashley responded so quickly, answering all of my questions (and also giving me details I hadn't thought of that were actually very important!). All costs were discussed up front, no surprises. As the appointment was a few days away, I asked if we could book an "emergency" appointment in case Bailey started to struggle, and we ended up needing that in the end. Dr Ian was also amazing. Transparent and open to any questions, so gentle and respectful with Bailey (and us!). We were never rushed, and we all got to say our goodbyes. There were plenty of options for urns (and other interesting vessel ideas), all very beautiful, and an option to have a paw print. I wanted to take the time to thank Evermore for their service with Bailey. It meant the world to that you were there for us in a very difficult time.
Dealing with the loss of a pet was unbearable, especially it was your first pet. Fortunately, the staff members at the Evermore supported us along the way with their care and professionalism which helped us getting through this period of tough time with less stress. Thank you Josh and Ashlee for your prompt assistance and care. Thank you Dr. Ian for your kindness and we appreciate the time you spent for helping us grieving the loss of our pet. The process could be way more stressful if without your assistance, but thankfully, we’ve met you. Ashley was very understanding and sympathetic when I contacted her in relation to my beloved Rosie; a Staffy crossbreed and loyal companion of more than 14 years. It made me feel like they completely understood my loss when they were able to provide a 24 hr. turnaround service.
Can't have asked for a more respectful and personal experience during such a tough time. Absolutely thrilled at the choice to leave our boy in the caring and compassionate hands of everyone at Evermore. From the moment he left home until he was delivered back at our door I was comforted to know he was being treated with dignity and kindness once it came time to let him go. Thanks so much to Ian for being so understanding and taking him away for me when I couldn't, Ashley for checking in and calling to update when it was time to come home. Josh for handling and preparing him and Matt returning him when it was time to come home. I can't thank you all enough for giving us peace and our little boy to have and hold once again.
