I can't speak highly enough of Cliff and his team. We needed a large marquee for our outdoor wedding at the eleventh hour. We rang Event Rentals on a public holiday, received a quote there and then and before we knew it, Cliff had travelled to the site, measured up and phoned us back with an updated plan and reassurance that everything we discussed would work That's service! On the day, he and his team were quick, efficient and friendly. They were safety conscious and ensured everything looked good before they left site. Very happy customer!

These guys are the definition of professionalism! I can’t begin to explain how great they are. They were the difference between my charity event going ahead due to the weather. They saved the entire event all on the last minute and did everything they could to accomodate my event. They installed a 15metre Marquee in a very tight narrow spot, I was quite impressed with how quickly they also installed it and packed down. Not to mention the workers that came along were absolute gems, great friendly staff! If you want quality, great prices and exceptional customer service, give Event Rentals a shot. They won’t disappoint! Will be choosing them for every event moving forward.
Event Rentals were an absolute dream to work with on what was the largest outdoor community sports event held after COVID-19 rained on all our parades. They were given very little lead time as preparation was rushed, but they were so calm and nothing was too much trouble. Service was professional and there were no major dramas with the equipment hire. Highly recommend.

Hired a stage and then got charged a pickup fee even though the wording on their website strongly implied free pickup. Even after I called office of fair trading to receive advice, Event Rentals still would not admit their website sells something they don't actually do. Event rentals did not value my custom and treated me with contempt when I pointed out an obvious flaw on their website Update no 1: The manager decided not to charge for pickup in the end. Update no 2: in response to owner. I can see you changed the pickup and delivery description, so if you weren't wrong, why did you change it? Please see attached screenshot of original wording. I will be making a fair trade complaint as your behaviour is dishonest. Update no 3: received call from owner a week later who basically said they did nothing wrong. Update no 4: after making a fair trade complaint, Event Rentals responded via fair trade that my negative review will be detrimental to their business. They also requested that I remove my negative review. I will not remove my review as it is based on honest opinion and is substantially true.
