I think the Robina Event cinemas is the best of all because it has a separate entry from the rest of the mall! My partner and I love going to movie date nights, but for some reason walking past supermarkets, stores and food court on the way there always made it feel less special. In this Event, we can take the car to the red parking lot and go straight through to the cinema, which has lots of seating spots and a gorgeous view of the lake. Event is more expensive than other chains, but if you want to have a special time this is the place to go!

You come to gold class for top service but they have two staff running off their feet having to serve, check people into their movies, clean the cinemas, make cocktails and drinks at peak hour. Nothing against the staff but the system or person running it needs to get it together. What would it cost you to hire a third Person? A lot happier customers and people might spend more money because they can be actually served.

Candy bar was packed full of people with one server, popcorn self serve through COVID along with the lollies. The price you pay you think they would be able To afford more then 1 staff member. Got into the cinema and the lights were off and everyone was having to use their phones for lights to find their seats

Attended a session yesterday on my own. Was unsure how to use my gift card so approached two gentlemen at the foyer desk. So helpful. One of them walked me into Gold Class, got my ticket sorted and took me to number 3 cinema where I was looked after by lovely young lady. Had choice of seats as I was only person in there for the whole session. Just wanted to say thank you and let everyone know what fabulous caring management and staff are at Robina Event Cinemas. Thank you so much.

Attended the premiere of Occupation Rainfall. Very well organised event and fantastic screen and sound quality. Comfortable seating too. Very special evening.

The seats were great the screen was very big and crisp ,the sound was great to. I really enjoyed watching the movie and I am going back again on Tuesday.

I just love Event Cinemas Robina. Have been going for years. I'm a movie buff and always find the staff welcoming and pleasant, it's a pleasant experience. Being a senior I'm fortunate to be paying a reasonable price as well.

Great space. Easy access bathrooms. Good for wheelchair access. Super comfortable seating, no we weren't gold class. Great temperature, wonderful sound. Easy to book online and then access the cinema itself once there.
