Would NOT recommend, poor quality. A friend who built with a high end WA builder recommended European Ceramics. I purchased tiles 3 weeks ahead of laying. When returning on the day of laying to get some extra boxes I took a tile with me, requesting advice on how to clean it, it was clear there was a problem with the marks on the tiles I had purchased. There was no interlay between each tile and, they were covered in slurry and the underneath pattern of the tile above was visible on some sections of the tiles. It was obvious with the time and effort taken by a staff member to clean 1 tile that the tiles should not have been sold. A compensatory 25% refund was offered and a staff member attended my premises to clean to all tiles. I assisted him as the tiler was waiting for tiles but it took 3 to 4 hours with some tiles required cleaning 5 times and some marks are still visible in certain lights now that tiles have dried. I believe the remaining tiles in the batch have now been removed from sale. I would like to know why I was not contacted and advised there was a problem with the tiles and given the option to select a different tile. As the tiles have been removed from sale I believe I was sold a substandard product and should be compensated accordingly. When contacting European Ceramics I was told, European Ceramic are happy with their cleaning of the tiles.....but they have removed remaining tiles in the batch being available for sale!!!. Photos of tiles provided to management so they could see extent of issue.
Claudia dealt with us in the start and then Jason stepped in, they pretty much had all the info which we needed and helped in discussing the delivery options too. It's a huge place and now they have a casa nostra cafe in there as well which is setup up in a way that you can also order those items.

Our builder gave us the choice of three places to pick tiles. It appears we saved the best till last!! The range was great and the staff were amazing!! Gave us a place to "play" with our options and offered great advice when we wanted it and left us to play some more. We are super happy with our selections and Jason was amazing! Sorry to the other ladies that offered advice and who's names we didn't catch you were awesome too!
First time builder and was requiring guidance but the staff were rude and I helpful and showed no interest in helping us with our tile selections. Would not recommend
