We signed up for the Hypnobirth course with not much idea of what to expect. We honestly had a fantastic time and couldn’t be more glad we decided to attend. Claire was knowledgeable and just all around lovely. Being first time parents, we feel so much better equipped and confident for our baby’s birth day. Highly recommended.

Claire is the most wonderful, kind and knowledgeable person that you absolutely want when learning about all things birth (and beyond!). My husband and I did the two day in person Hypnobirthing Positive Birth workshop with Claire and it was MAGICAL! Claire will lovingly guide you and your support person through the physiology of birth, your rights, evidence based content for making important decisions for your family, and of course amazing Hypnobirthing techniques like guided meditation, light touch massage, breathing, the power of affirmation and so much more. We shared our workshop with 4 other lovely couples and she provided a calm, welcoming space for all of us to share our stories, our hopes, our fears, and she did it effortlessly without judgment because she is truly one of those incredibly genuine, caring people that can hold space for others. My husband and I left with oxytocin flowing, feeling fully supported and empowered to bring our beautiful baby earth side. Thank you so much, Claire!
