We met Sam Bernardo from Renmark homes about 5 years ago when we were contemplating building on a complex site with a slope (8m). We were automatically taken in by his passion for building. There was no sales pitch, just a business that is truly customer focussed. We knew that he was genuinely interested in delivering a quality house that met our needs. During the initial process, we were given access to the Architect to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. During the building process, every big or little change we made was never declined without investigation. The team was flexible and very, very patient and always heard us out. We had some bespoke inclusions, Sam and team, worked with us to make sure it was delivered. Building on a very complex site, we were never short of challenges and there were many frantic/tense calls made to the team but Sam would always put us at ease and sort it out promptly. We were kept informed during the process but Sam was also available to take our calls. True customer focus. Renmark homes have completely exceeded our expectations in quality and care and have built us our dream home. I will always recommend Renmark to any friends that are building. Thank you Sam, Danni and the team on ground. You guys have really been awesome and we cannot thank you enough ! We are loving, loving our new home !!

Renmark Homes built my home in 2013-14. I found Sam and the team to be very friendly, very flexible and very patient. During the quoting phase, Sam (Bernardo) was very interactive in seeking clarification and providing alternatives to the inclusions and materials I was wanting. It was clear from the outset that he was customer focused as he was genuinely interested in our needs. Building a house can be one of the most difficult periods that a couple can go through and it is not without issues and tension. A sign of a good builder is how he deals with these and, to this end, Renmark Homes always worked to address the issues quickly when they arose. During the course of construction, my wife and I always felt part of the Renmark team and that we were working towards the same objective which was to build a quality home. Renmark Homes completed construction and, at handover, my wife and I were given keys to a quality product that we are very happy with. I’ve recommended Renmark Homes to others and am happy to continue doing so as the honesty and integrity displayed by Sam and his team are rarities in this modern world. Great job Renmark !
Sam and the team at Renmark Homes completed our house in 2018. Our house design was very intricate and having built with Renmark once before it was an obvious decision to go back. Renmark have a passion for high quality projects, and both their commitment and standard of work are unparalleled. We would like to send a big thank you to Sam Bernardo and his team at Renmark Homes for their recent professional assistance with following up a pesky water leak showing up in our garage. Our home was built by Renmark some 8 years ago now. Thanks to the wonderful job they did there were very few follow up matters required to be dealt with by Renmark. However a couple of years ago there developed some minor water leakage in our garage when it rained heavily. Renmark did not shy away from taking ownership of the problem. Being a house built on three levels , tracking the source of the leak was very tricky. Sam and the team left no stone unturned to detect the source and ultimately fix the problem and restore any residual damage back to the original state. Thanks again to Sam and the team at Renmark.
