I chose BM Tech to replace my faulty fuel pump for their price and excellent workmanship. if you have any questions they are happy to give free advice. I highly recommend their services.
had my car serviced at BM tech essendon, after it was serviced my car was burning more oil than normal. when contacted was advised it was normal to burn so much oil. all information was on their computer what needed to be repaired however the lack of customer care and communication forced me to take my car elsewhere which ended up costing much more if it were fixed then. I highly recommend not using BM tech as they are not honest with customers.

This is my experience with BM Tech. After my warranty ran out - BM Tech is who I used to maintain my car. Never had a problem - car has always been running well. 2 years ago, I decided to try some other place - mainly just to compare (price, quality and service) and somewhere closer to work.c The first place I tried, it immediately felt like the car had come back worse - rough idle and noisy. I also noticed smoke coming from the tail pipe for the first time. Did not go back to them. 2nd place I tried - I cannot prove it, but I suspect they did not even touch the car. It just felt like nothing had been done to it and the car was sluggish. So I've gone back to BM Tech this time around - and immediately - the car feels incredible again. The engine noise is quiet once more, its responsive and nimble and smooth to drive again. No smoke from the tail pipe. It feels great! I won't be straying again. Thank you BM Tech for getting my car back to the great shape its in. These guys listen to you, aim to serve and are professionals. Highly recommended

Id like to call out my recent experience with Shaun and the team at BM Tech in Essendon. I took my mini in with an issue , the team were able to work through the problem and fix quickly. Shaun kept me up to date with where they were at and the price was very reasonable for the time , effort and parts replaced on the car. A big Thank You and a Huge Recommendation from me.
