Very happy with Essendon Ford. Alan Provided me with a very NO PRESSURE & friendly service and open to all my questions. He spent almost extra 1 hr on the day I picked up my Vehicle explaining all details for me. Took my car here to resolve a warranty and safety issue twice, was told that it was normal and they wont fix it - told me to try another dealer. Tried to escalate in the service department, no one cared and refused to let me speak to the head technician who said there was no issue albeit was easy to demonstrate (Did it 10 times in front of them) Issue was the passenger seat would not lock properly after being reclined on a two door mustang. They told me to push harder and that's just the way it is.... Took it to Bayford Coburg to resolve, they were great and fixed it under warranty. Wont be back here, they only want to do the easy service work - not interested in fixing problems.

Wife and I popped in recently to test drive a new Ford Escape. Both of us were wearing masks and were greeted in the showroom by maskless faces. We asked to test drive the vehicle, and were told to sit down for a moment while they got someone to speak with us. We waited for about 5 minutes before the helpful woman at reception apologised and said they wouldn't be much longer. Another few minutes pass and Dylan showed up. Greeted us and took us out to the car. Showed us to the car and drove it out for us, then proceeded to tell us it only had 12km of petrol left and it would be best we only did a lap of the area and return. We drove the car for 4 minutes total, returned the car and walked away. That wasn't a test drive, that was an amusement park ride. But thanks anyway Dylan, appreciate the help.
