It is the best chocolate shop in Melbourne. If you go to DFO Essendon you could also buy items on sale and it is affordable. Try their coffee and if you’re lucky they may give you a free chocolate to enhanced the taste of the cappuccino. There is no free tasting or sample but for sure all the items are of good quality. I bought bags of chocolate for my sister visiting me here in Melbourne. This is a must...

Not great experience today. Nice chocolate, but the register took my order, and the bar didn’t get the order. No one has apologised for the delay.

Terrible experience. Bought products more than 400, didn't notice the expiry, many items only 1-2 months left which should be 6months -1year for chocolate. They didn't allow me to exchange even though just bought 1h ago. Triple check before decide to buy anything from Lindt. First and last. Never ever lindt again.

Pleasant visit to this pretty shop. We were lucky enough to arrive just as the last Easter stock was being sold at 75% off. I can confidently tell you that Lindt Easter eggs are delicious. These folks offer coffee and hot chocolate too, and there is seating, but only for three at a counter. There's a small food court across the hall with several other vendors, so you can buy a takeaway coffee and eat your chocolate in comfort.

I bought the chocolate in deal where I picked 5 long bars of dark chocolate. Thinking it should all be same. The girl at the counter just asked how many n scanned the same bar 5times. Unfortunately there was a Expired milk chocolate bar in the middle of stack. I went back and asked them to change but clearly refused. For a fact they sell chocolate at a higher price an expired stock in between. Very much disappointed and forgot to mention about the rude staff.
