DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FREEDOM! Just had a call about yet another delay on an item paid for months ago. You couldn't even tell us where in the world our chair is. You are a truly and utterly pathetic organisation who's stock management and tracking system must be from the 1980s. You take and hold full payment and yet with repeated delays you offer no remediation whatsoever. Don't play the COVID card either. People are ordering and receiving goods from all over the world with only partial delays. Whomever runs your logistics should absolutely be losing their jobs over this farce. It has been going for months and dozens of messages on your socials testify you have no respect for your customers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FREEDOM!

Really helpful staff, I couldn’t locate a couple of items and everyone helped. I also kept taking things to the counter to add to my pile, and they were really friendly and professional. Parking is 30 metres away if you get there early.

Unbelievably poor service, paid in full for 4 counter stools and after chasing them for months they were still unable to be delivered. No communication around the status of the order was provided, do NOT shop here. Giving 1 star feels generous.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced waiting 10 minutes at a register trying to pay for something whilst being ignored whilst staff gossip.

Absolute worst experience I have ever received from any store in my life. Will never set foot in a Freedom store again and have already talked many family members/friends out of buying anything from these jokers. We ordered dining chairs in December (payed in full) and were told they would be delivered first week of January. After waiting until mid January I called the store and was told 'hang on we will call you back in 5 minutes' on 5 separate occasions. No one ever calls back. Many times they just answer and hang up the phone. Finally after getting through to the manager they admitted they actually had no idea when chairs would be delivered, but gave a 'best guess' of end of May! The manager also said they have a 'new computer system' that does not display stock levels at their warehouse...... yes you read that correctly... a retail store selling furniture without the ability to check whether they actually have what they are selling you or the ability to even tell you when they will have stock. What sort of computer system is that? Cavemen could at least use sticks to record quantities in the dirt. No idea how they are still in business. Guarantee they have not a single repeat customer.

I want to place an order with Freedom Essendon and called 2 times with no answer. I then called South Wharf wanting to order but wanting it to be picked up at Essendon, she said if i ordered it through her it has to be picked up at their shop, which is fair enough. I then called back Essendon and have been waiting 8 mins for someone to pick up my phone call. still waiting!
