Always love shopping there and hunting around for the best bargins. My advice is shop around as some store over inflate there prices and then make it sound like a bargin but giving upto 70% off when infact your really not saving a great deal

I would of gave no stars but no option. Rude staff. Staff needs to be re-trained on customer service and how to approach customers. Special note to manager on duty before backing your staff listen to both parties and make a decision who is right. When we were paying at register no acknowledgement on customer but instead talking amongst each other. Pretty poor.

The Store Manager was very rude and when we were complaining she was acting like go where ever she doesn't care. Just because we ask two sizes of shoes. And also we are two friends and we bought separately. Please whoever responsible for a store or above her, please teach her how to behave well. Keep her mood swings with her only not customers.

Terrible One male staff member was texting on his phone. He was annoyed when I asked him about certain size. The shop was crowded with a customers and this guy was talking to his fellow worker and texting. The lady on the counter is same - who said on her phone. Very upsetting experience. The staff do not have name tags so can't complain about them to the company.
