Fantastic staff. I went to Essendon Fields with my daughter to shop for her new car. We went to 5 dealerships.Kia was by far the best service ever. Staff were attentive, but not pushy. Finance team were absolutely fantastic. Did the deal on the day. My daughters first new car and they made it such a great experience.

Review for my 2019 Cerato GT regarding after sales services, during my first service for the car, for the visit on 3rd March 2021 and pick up thing on 4th march 2021 Definitely the service department and sales department don't go together but anyways, Service department person was very rude and lied to my face saying that yes they have updated the firmware version. But they didn't, it was a big mistake that i bought a car from them. But definitely I am not coming back to them for any future services and will look for other KIA dealership. Moreover, they didn't even bothered to give me a call that my car is ready for pick up and it was me who had to call them to confirm if my car is ready. Stay away from this business, that's all I can say. Thanks Ankur
