My French bulldog got into my lipstick bag leaving the floor looking like a crime scene! Nick responded in minutes requesting a picture of the damage and providing a fair quote given the work required. He arrived 20 minutes early! And was professional and explained the work required. No hidden costs, I paid exactly what he quoted! And the best part is all the stains came out! (See before and after photos below)

After two failed end of lease cleans on a house that was already pretty clean (4 bedroom house occupied by 2 people, dust/fluff on floors, soap scum around shower was the extent of the job) thus it didn't have that much work for them to do, I was left to purchase a 20 mop from Coles and do the job properly myself. Areas I was told were definitely cleaned, had obviously not been touched. When I asked for a partial refund of my 575 outlay (as I ended up having to do the clean properly myself before handing back the keys), I was denied.
What a great service. I got my sofa and armchair cleaned and they look brand new. Commit2Clean staff also offered to clean my rug for free which was amazing. They were very professional, efficient and very helpful showing me the progress as they worked. I would highly recommend this service.

An exceptionally clean carpet and peace of mind doesn't have to cost a lot. Their response time is quick and they continued to comunicate with me regarding the times that would suit me. Commit 2 clean have done an excellent job on our properties end of lease carpet cleaning and went above and beyond for us, attending to our carpets at short notice twice. They were respectful and kind, and gave us a really good fixed price which we were very grateful for given how many companies will charge hidden extras on payment on-top of their promo offers and make it more expensive!
