We have been high end users of the Eskineville Chemist for about 5 years. They have consistently provided professional service and personal, friendly attention to our requests and needs. Over the years they have demonstrated a sincere effort at presenting their modest shop in a logical, orderly and attractive manner. We go there for service and we get it. We also respect them because we are not always their easiest customers to help. Wow... I didn't think they could do better... but Kellie and Robyn outdid themselves on 27 Sept 2020... After these many MONTHS on Covid 19... ups and downs... they still excel in delivering spot on customer service. Thanks you folks are legend... Gary and Karen...

My family and I have been patrons of this chemist for 28 years. They are always helpful, kind and friendly. If ever a problem with scripts, they are patient and offer alternatives. We now live down the south coast, but still when in Sydney, we return there for our care.
I have been coming here for years and one of the staff members, Dominique, is so helpful and very friendly. I’ve been meaning to mention her in a review for ages! She makes every effort to find what a customer is looking for and I’ve spoken to many customers who also love being served by her! She is intelligent, genuinely interested in helping her customers while being discreet and efficient at the same time. Thank you Dom!

This pharmacy has some quite unique product ranges and lines that I haven't seen at other chemists. I like checking for any new products whenever I pass by. The staff and pharmacists are knowledgable, and easily accessible unlike many discount pharmacies. The place has a pleasant and friendly vibe, and quite alot of people I know sing their praises about this real "community" pharmacy, and how long they have been going there. I feel there is a sense of tradition to Erskineville Chemist. Great work to your team
Absolutely horrific service for what should and could be a nice community chemist. The lady at the counter is rude and unreasonable. If you hate your job so much, do us all a favour and quit.
