I must seriously commend and congratulate Ming for helping me track down a parcel where I lost the receipt with the tracking number on there. I forgot to take a screenshot of it from my phone which we'll do for future reference. He asked me for the date, time approximately, who served me and what the total invoice amount was. I never thought this was possible. I recommend anyone in the future who encounters a similar problem or situation to what I experienced to speak with Ming who will be able to help you. Once I had the receipt number, I rang the Australia Post call centre number and the guy told me that he could find the tracking number with the receipt number. All he needed from me was the total amount on the receipt, the weight, whether it was express or parcel post and the suburb or town of the receiver that it was going too. Great work Ming. You're a star.
Staff on the post office very helpful. But unfortunately staff who deliver the parcel need some common sense. If nobody at home then either you have to put the collection note into the post box or leave it in the front door securely. Not just drop it on the floor and expect it to stay there. See attached photo. It was just on the floor.

My local post office for 10 years. The family run business is very helpful, the staff are always willing to lend a helping hand or assist in understanding the parcel system. Not as big as other post offices, but is suitable for the size of the shopping complex. I’m not sure why people are rating them down for the deliveries. I believe these are out of the control of the business owners, as delivery people are hired by AusPost, not this branch. Fiy they also open later than most other post offices, if you finish work at 5pm, I’m sure others want to finish work at 5pm too. Late night hours only apply to big shopping malls. Great service and kind people.
Dont take passport picture there. The guy will take 1 shot and print it without showing how you look even if you have requested it and WONT GIVE YOU DIGITAL VERSION (you'll need it).
Great staff, very efficient and is always clean and stocked. This post office is rarely busy and the staff are always helpful. They have Post office boxes available and usually sort all parcels and mail by 9:30 so ready for collection early in the day.
Pretty decent family business, not a lavish store but they are always helpful and get things done.
