I called around to different companies to find the best price on a roll of cable. The price I was charged in the shop was almost 25% more than I was quoted over the phone just 15 mins previous. The man I spoke with on the phone was the same person that served me in person. When I questioned the price difference I was told there was nothing he could do about it. Not even said regretfully. If you are going to quote a price and increase that price when customers come to pick it up, you get no star rating from me. The only reason you get 1 star is because at least 1 star is required to post this review. Ridiculous!
