Great food, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Most core beers were available on tap, a few seasonal/limited edition brews were also available. I was a little disappointed to find out that the double or triple Dark Red was not available - those (together with the core Dark Red) are the beers that really put the brewery on my radar. Despite that, this brewery is still definitely worth visiting.

Great beer, even better burgers. Not much else to say...we there your local, passing on or on the look out for good burgers and a great beer. Six Strings is a great spot.
We sunk every beer on this menu. They were all good. How else could you possibly review a brewery, this is wall to wall 5 star blue ribbon service and produce. Would highly recommend.
Always a good time at the Six Strings. Glad they have their old faithful Pale Ale & Red IPA's plus seasonal batches.
I've been to a fair few breweries recently on our NSW road trip and this one comes out on top if I consider what sort of brewery I would want to own myself. Good setup for easy distribution out the back. The customer entrance is via the side door. Inside, all the stills are on show. Excellent music inside to go along with the branding, Six String guitar pick and all that. Great food supplied by the Black Bear BBQ guys who can be found in the same building. I had the Big Hungry Bear, which was the beef brisket, pork belly and jalapeno cheese sausage. Great beer available, it's fairly easy to go through the whole menu. Some limited edition stuff available if you are lucky and turn up at the right time. Small, Middy, Schooner and Pints available.
First visit and I was super happy. The beer here is excellent and I had to take a case of their IPA back to Sydney with us. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, best part is the accompanying BBQ care of Black Bear. The Briskit and Pork and Wings were reminding me of BBQ places I visited in Arizona. This will be the first of many visits!
Another of the big three craft breweries on the Central Coast. If you're after a great offering of food and interesting beers, this is a must visit place for you. The limited beers can sometimes be hit and miss, but the core range are highly recommended. The vibe of the place may not match the taprooms of Sydney but it is a relaxed, quiet place for a quiet drink with a family or small group.
Great team of committed brewers and a cool atmosphere with tasty food 10/10 would recommend.
