Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Mark. Called him at midday and he was on-site in the afternoon. Received a report before 7:30pm same day that was comprehensive and included a lot of photos of parts of the property we did not see during the 30min open home inspection window. The big plus was that Mark captured issues that were not present in another report I viewed for the same property, which armed us with more information. Finally, Mark's communication was top notch. A pleasure to engage and if I purchase another property, Mark will be the first person I think of.

Highly recommend Mark when purchasing a building and pest inspection for your next property. I recently bought a place in Morisset. He organised access with the real estate, the whole process was really smooth. From the point of contact to receiving the final report was \u003c48 hours. The report was extremely detailed and very easy to follow. There were so many things I missed during my initial walk-through, the attention to detail in the report was impressive. Mark will be happy for a chat afterwards if you have any questions about the report. I'll definitely be back if I ever buy another property in the Central Coast!!

Fast, efficient, thorough, and easy to deal with! We engaged this company to inspect a property we are interested in purchasing. Within hours of making contact they had not only managed to contact the real-estate agent but had already arranged a date with the property's tenant. The next business day the inspection occurred and the day after we had the most comprehensive pest and building report I've ever seen. We had an additional query about an item after a weekend house inspection; we received a phone call to explain the report minutes after sending a message. Very impressed - will use again!
