They didn’t bother to look under my house. He said it wasn’t possible to get under. We bought the house. The entry was around 400mm high and 700 wide. When I moved in I had a look under the house and I found a huge bathroom leak that had been growing for so long that there were stalagtites hanging 120mm down and the joist next to it had rotten completely out. Then a year later i asked for a new copy of the report and they claimed they didn’t have a record of it. It would’ve cost me too much stress to take them to court, so I just copped it.
