If you are already in their circle or a rich guy who is referred by Ken, you will be looked after, but if you are just amateur focus group photographer traveling 2 hrs from Sydney, you will be treated as a second level citizen. I ended up ordering online from my old supplier in Brisbane.

They have group of favourite customers that they will always prioritise and if you are a new customer, they will give you much more expensive price. In general, poor quality, over price and poor customer service.

They stuffed up my order twice, never called me back when they said they would and were extremely rude. When the business was run by photographer Ken Duncan it was great, but since it has changed hands they are completely disorganised and hopeless. Id recommend Lemon Tree Framing if you are looking for somewhere on the Central Coast...
