Rude, Arrogant staff! Found a lost dog on the street and they wanted me to sign a form and provide ID, because they wanted to make sure I hadn't **STOLEN** it!!! Didn't sign anything, just walked out and went to Somersby Vet instead who found the tag and called owner to pick Dog up with minimum of fuss.

Such a positive and welcoming place taking good care of our dear friends. Everyone should sign up to volunteer.

We picked up our dog Jerry a year ago. He has made a wonderful addition to our family. Highly recommend Central coast animal shelter

This facility does an amazing job at taking care of and finding good homes for animals. I appreciate them allowing me to volenteer with my family to walk to dogs on a regular basis.

The staff are amazing and so caring about the animals. You ask about one animal and they know straight away and give you information on them. Very caring and patient.

Adopted my two boys here. The staff were lovely and helpful and they clearly care for the animals as best they can.

It saddens me to see so many puppies in a care facility but, I have peace that they are all looked after very well. The staff do their best to assist you in finding your new pet. We did not feel any pressure in making our decision and had the full support of the team when we were ready to adopt. Thank you Jennifer and Tahnee! Rogue not only has a new family but, we now have a new best friend.

My friend took her cat who was dumped at her new residence to this shelter to get the microchip changed over to her name as the vet couldn't treat the cat (who is very sick) without changing ownership The shelter said on multiple occasions over 2 weeks that they would contact the previous neglectful owners to get permission for the change over. My friend had not heard anything back from the shelter and after calling them, she was told that no attempt had been made to contact the previous owners This is disgusting, a sick cat's life is in trouble and this shelter could not care less.
